Music Rec: South Arcade/davvn
This is moreso a rec for a type of band rather than a band in full. Y2K-core. The kind of song you vaguely think you heard 20 years ago... but these tracks are brand new. First up in davvn's killer track third degree⤻ which was my first foray into the scene. The best though has to be South Arcade's aptly named 2005⤻. Nostalgia through the roof. I'll admit, it's a bit of a gimmick. But I enjoyed it and hope you get some enjoyment reminiscing on the 2000s, or if you weren't around, that you enjoy it for its own sake.
