Guiding Principles
Separate from Sovereign Socialism, these are some additional, guiding principles that I would be looking for in the sovereign state that I would occupy. The first two (in bold) are basically the underlying principles of sovereign socialism itself.
1. Strong, high trust communities - Favour homogeneous societies
2. Protection from forced association - Reject being forced to betray our beliefs and support what we believe is wrong
3. Protection from outsourcing - Support policies designed to protect domestic industry
4. Protection from foreign influence - Reject super-pacs and purchasing of elections
5. Healthy relationships between men and women - Understanding and Respect for both genders and the relations between them
6. Protection from pollution - Support regulations designed to preserve our natural heritage
7. Protection of cultural diversity - Reject atomization and favour preservation of cultures
8. Freedom of honest debate - Freedom of Speech/Press, rejection of bad faith arguments and undermining tactics
9. Protection from international corporate oppression - Support national economies with a focus on local industry and small business
